For bookings up to 5 passengers - Cancellation fee of 100% applies within 24 hours of the event. For bookings of 6 or more passengers - Cancellation fee of 100% applies within 7 days of the event.

Adventure Victoria:

28 Days notice required for all cancellations for a full refund.

Autopia Tours:

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture. Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.

Tasman Island Cruises:

Bookings dates are fully flexible, customers are welcome to contact us directly to change their tour date at any time, subject to availability. If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees may apply. For cancellations within 48hrs of departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies. For Cancellations within 24hrs of Departure, no refund is available.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Gold Coast:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for any booking cancelled with between 72 and 24 hours notice. Cancellations fees of 100% may apply to a tour cancelled within 24 hours of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
